Cost basis. Revenue is real. There is no client-level delivery cost yet: the old modelled figures have been removed rather than shown as if they were real. Real Xero direct cost exists by service (settled months, Client P&L tab); client-level cost arrives with Xero client tracking or the Float time basis.
Client P&L
Revenue per client from the canonical book. Client-level delivery cost is not yet measured.
Cost basis. Click a client to expand its jobs - each client total is the exact sum of its jobs. Revenue is real. There is no real client-level cost data yet, so no cost or contribution is shown: the old modelled figures were synthetic and have been removed. Real Xero direct cost exists by service (settled months, shown below); the Xero P&L carries no client split. A real per-client cost needs either client tracking categories in Xero (nightly feed built, awaiting Finance credentials) or the Float time basis, with time logged against the job number.
